The affiliate program is created to empower committed Tessera community members. It provides performance-based commissions, exclusive benefits, and bonuses for those who actively promote Tessera prints and products and help grow the ecosystem.

TIMEFRAME
Commission and traffic are measured on a monthly base.

1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To apply for the Affiliate Program, you must accept the terms and conditions.
To receive payment you must provide one of the available payment options.

2. COMMISSION
Once accepted into the Affliate Program, you will receive:
- 15% commission on all sales of Print on Canvas.
- 10% commission on all sales of products such as apparel and merch.
- Affiliate links automatically generate .10% discount coupons for customers
- 60-day cookie lifespan for affiliate tracking.

3. COUPON & LINK BEHAVIOR
- Customers entering the store through your affiliate link will:
- Receive an automatic 10% discount coupon.
- Be tracked via a 60-day cookie for commission purposes.
- Seasonal and promotional coupons override affiliate coupons.
- Most recent (last-clicked) affiliate link takes precedence for tracking.

4. ADDITIONAL PROGRAM BENEFITS
As an Affilate, you may also receive:
- Special seasonal coupons for targeted campaigns.
- Exclusive access to media assets for social promotion.
- Priority access to new product categories and features.

5. PAYOUT TERMS
- Payouts are calculated monthly and sent to the selected payment option.
- Program terms, commission rates, and bonuses are subject to change as the platform evolves.

Commission, traffic and NFT holdings are measured on a monthly base.

1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To apply for the Holder Program, you must meet one of the following NFT holding thresholds:
- Hold at least 1 NFT from the Tessera Genesis, Traveler, and/or Gallery collection.
- OR Hold at least 8 NFTs from the Tessera II collection.

Upon applying, you will provide your XRPL wallet address. This address will be used to:
- Verify your holdings.
- Track NFT bonuses.
- Distribute all monthly commissions and bonuses in XRP.

Note: The wallet address provided upon entry will be logged. Changing the XRP payout address in your personal dashboard will not be taken into consideration.
Payouts can only be sent to the wallet holding the NFTs. This is a security measure to prevent impersonation (i.e. posing as a Holder) and fraudulent claims.

2. COMMISSION

3. HOLDER BONUS
If a holder in the affiliate program generates traffic to the site (unique visitors) they earn 5% bonus commission over all shop wide sales of artworks they hold as NFT.

Note: Bonuses and generated traffic will be visible in the dashboard.
Bonuses will only be paid out IF traffic is generated.

Example 1:
-Affiliate A holds artwork A as NFT
-Affiliate A sells artwork A
-Affiliate A gets 15% + 5% commission

Example 2:
-Affiliate A holds artwork A as NFT
-Affiliate B sells artwork A
-Affiliate B gets 15% commission
-Affiliate A gets 5% commission

Each first day of the month a snapshot will be taken of the XRPL to register all wallets holding Tessera NFTs.
This snapshot counts to verify holder program and allocate bonus rewards.

Holdings of NFTs changing wallets in between snapshots will only be reflected in the next snapshot.

Each first week of the month all total payouts will be calculated and send out.
